I cannot make myself give 5 stars, only because the cost of plumbing (and other) services these days is pretty outrageous. But in fairness, it is everyone, not just this company. They came on time, early in the window I was given, and the job was done quickly. It was a simple replacement of a hose bib, however the one that they were replacing was not even a hose bib, it was a washing machine spigot! I would laugh if it was not so ridiculous. But then, my house was built in the big push in the early 1990's and the builders did not care what they used for things in those days! Cannot hold this company responsible for a lousy builder :) I just feel like the costs of these kind of services is a little much, just like electricians and everyone else. It is the price of not being raised a boy who was taught handyman skills :o) But as this sort of thing goes, I feel like this was expected, and the guys that came were nice, and efficient.

Alessandro was very professional and explained what had to be done in order for me to have heat again., Came to the house the next day after my call and I now have a warm cozy house. I recommend him to others who have furnace problems.
